DELIVERY METHODS
Parallèle has chosen La Poste Colissimo and Chronopost to ensure the delivery of your orders in France. And DHL for international orders. We reserve the right to choose our partner carrier if necessary. Each of your orders is shipped within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Packages are then delivered by our service providers within 2 to 3 business days for France and 2 to 5 business days for international orders, depending on the delivery method chosen.

Customs duties and taxes may apply for deliveries outside the European Union; these will be the responsibility of the customer and may be requested by the carrier upon arrival of the package in the destination country.
DELIVERY RATES AND RETURN FEES
Home and collection point delivery is available with no minimum order anywhere in the world.
Return shipping costs are covered by Parallèle. In France, all you have to do is request a return via our portal https://returns.itsrever.com/parallele. For countries outside France, simply send a request by email to contact@parallele.com to request collection by DHL of your return package. Customs duties and taxes may apply for deliveries from countries outside UE. These will be the responsibility of the customer and may be requested by the carrier upon arrival of the package in the destination country, or deducted directly from the Parallèle refund.
Delivery tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. Simply log in to the following website: Colissimo: https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivi
Track a package and enter your tracking number.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Once your payment has been received, we will process your order and arrange for delivery of the items to the address provided by the customer. Packages are delivered by our service provider based on the information provided when placing your order. It is therefore important to be precise when completing the relevant fields. In the event of an error in the customer's contact information, Parallèle cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the item(s) ordered.
Your order may require partial delivery. In this case, the delivery costs that would be the customer's responsibility would only be charged for the first delivery.
If the postman is unable to deliver your package (no recipient at the address provided, incorrect address, etc.), the package will be returned to us. We will contact you by email to inform you of the reason for non-delivery. In this case, we will also provide a new delivery date. In this case, the delivery costs are the customer's responsibility.
If the external appearance of the package is not perfect upon delivery, the customer will open it in the presence of the carrier to check the condition of the item(s). In the event of damage to the item, the customer will detail it precisely on the delivery slip or refuse the package.

RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS
Returns are free in mainland France, using a prepaid Colissimo label that you will receive by email. For returns of orders placed in Europe and worldwide (excluding France), return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the package arrives safely and securely at our warehouse. We ask that you keep proof of shipment and the tracking number until your order is refunded. Without these details, no refund will be issued if the package is lost during shipping.
The customer has a period of fourteen (14) days following receipt of his order to inform us of his wish to return part or all of his order and to request a refund without penalty or an exchange, with the exception of return costs, of the returned item(s).
Beyond this deadline, Parallèle reserves the right to refuse reimbursement.
In addition, it is the customer's responsibility to retain all proof of return that provides a specific date for the shipment. Without proof of delivery of the package to our warehouse address, no refund will be issued in the event of loss.
Items must be returned new and unused with their original packaging. In accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale, any item that cannot be resold will not be refunded.
In order to identify your order and proceed with your refund or exchange request, we ask you to include the delivery slip and the return form received with your package.
For returns of orders placed in Europe and worldwide (excluding France), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In the event of an error on the part of Parallèle on the order, we will cover the return shipping costs.
RETURN PROCEDURE
1. Submit a return request from our portal: access the portal
2. Prepare your package with the following items:
- the delivery note
- the item(s) in their original packaging: new and unused condition
3. Place the prepaid Colissimo label that you will receive by email on your package and go to your post office to drop it off.

4. Keep proof of deposit of your package. The customer is responsible for the proper delivery of their package to our warehouse. In the event of loss of the package, proof of deposit will be essential; otherwise, we will not be able to process a refund.
REIMBURSEMENT DEADLINES
Parallèle undertakes to reimburse within a maximum period of thirty (30) working days from the day your package is received in our warehouses.
SALES AND DISCOUNT POLICY
We do not offer refunds for sales or discounted purchases. However, we do offer exchanges and credits available on our eShop and in-store.
