Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY METHODS
Parallèle has chosen La Poste Colissimo and Chronopost to deliver your orders within France, and DHL for international deliveries. We reserve the right to choose our partner carrier if necessary. Each order is shipped within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Delivery is then handled by our carrier partners within 2 to 3 business days for France and 2 to 5 business days internationally, depending on the chosen delivery method.

Customs duties and taxes may apply for deliveries outside the European Union; these will be the responsibility of the customer and may be requested by the carrier upon arrival of the package in the destination country.
DELIVERY RATES AND RETURN COSTS
Home delivery and in-store pickup are available with no minimum order amount worldwide.
Parallèle covers the return shipping costs. In France, simply request a return via our portal : https://www.parallele.com/a/return . For countries outside of France, simply request a return via email at contact@parallele.com. to request DHL to pick up your return package. Customs duties and taxes may apply for returns made from countries outside the European Union; these will be the responsibility of the customer and may be requested by the carrier upon arrival of the package in the country of destination or will be deducted from the refund by Parallèle.
Delivery tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. You can then log on to the following website: Colissimo: https://www.laposte.fr/tools/tracking
Track a package and enter your tracking number.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
As soon as your payment is received, we will process your order and arrange delivery of the items to the address provided by the customer. Parcels are delivered by our carrier based on the information provided during the order placement. It is therefore important to be accurate when filling in the relevant fields. In case of an error in the customer's contact details, Parallèle cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the ordered item(s).
It is possible that your order will require a partial delivery. In this case, the delivery costs, which would be the responsibility of the customer, will only be charged during the first delivery.
If the delivery person is unable to deliver your package (recipient absent from the indicated address, incorrect address, etc.), the package will be returned to us. We will contact you by email to inform you of the reason for the non-delivery. In this case, we will also arrange a new delivery date. In this case, the delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If, upon delivery, the exterior of the package is not in perfect condition, the customer must open it in the presence of the carrier to verify the condition of the item(s). In case of damage to the item, the customer must detail it precisely on the delivery slip or refuse the package.

RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS
Returns are free within mainland France, using a prepaid Colissimo label that you will receive by email. For returns of orders placed in Europe and worldwide (outside France), return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Customs duties and taxes may apply for returns made from countries outside the European Union; these will be the responsibility of the customer and may be requested by the carrier upon arrival of the package in the destination country or will be deducted from the refund by Parallèle.
The customer is responsible for the safe delivery of their package to our warehouse. We advise you to keep proof of postage and the tracking number until your order is refunded. Without these items, no refund can be made in case of loss of the package during transit.
The customer has a period of fourteen (14) days following receipt of their order to inform us of their wish to return part or all of their order and to request a refund without penalty or an exchange, excluding the return costs of the returned item(s).
After this deadline, Parallèle reserves the right to refuse the refund.
Furthermore, it is the customer's responsibility to keep all proof of return, providing a definite date for the shipment. Without proof of delivery of the package to our warehouse address, no refund can be made in case of loss.
Items must be returned new and unused in their original packaging. In accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale, any item that cannot be resold will not be refunded.
In order to identify your order and process your refund or exchange request, please enclose the invoice you received with your package.
For returns of orders placed in Europe and worldwide (excluding France), the return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. In case of an error on the part of Parallèle regarding the order, we will cover the return costs.
RETURN PROCEDURE
For France:
1. Submit a return request through our portal: https://www.parallele.com/a/return
2. Prepare your package with the following items:
- the invoice
- the item(s) in their original packaging: new and unused
3. Place the prepaid Colissimo label you will receive by email on your package and go to your post office to drop it off.

4. Keep proof of deposit of your package. The customer is responsible for the proper delivery of their package to our warehouse; in case of package loss, proof of deposit will be essential, otherwise we will not be able to process a refund.
Outside of France:
For countries outside of France, simply send a request by email to contact@parallele.com to request DHL to pick up your return package.
REFUND PERIODS
Parallèle undertakes to refund within a maximum of thirty (30) working days from the day your package is received in our warehouses.
SALES AND DISCOUNT POLICY
We do not offer refunds for purchases made during sales or with discounts. However, we offer exchanges and credits valid on our e-shop and in our stores.
