How to return my order ?

Returns are free for all orders placed in France and in the World !

OUR RETURNS ARE MADE IN 3 STEPS :

1/Log in your "ACCOUNT" area then "ORDER HISTORY" and "DETAILS"

Check "return" and select the reason.

Before any return, our customer service must validate your request.

2/Prepare your package : clean product(s), not worn, with the protective film under the sole (new model), it's original packaging of your order & attach the return voucher in the package.

3/Our customer service will send you a return slip.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it if you ar not satisfied.

Passed this period, we will not accept your return.

What are the return conditions ?

1. In accordance with the provisions of the article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 working days from the date of reception to exercise his right of withdrawal and return at his expense the products ordered, for a refund. You have 14 days to return your order, beyond this limit, we will not be able to accept your package and you will not be refunded.

2. The products must be returned to us in a perfect condition for resale, in their original state (packaging, accessories...), never worn, correctly protected and accompanied by the return form.
3. The reception of your return can take up to 10 working days. A e-mail confirmation will then be sent to you and your request will be processed within 48 hours. 
4. Please keep the shipping proof until you get the confirmation e-mail for your return.
5. All return requests made between Decembre 24th and January 2nd will be processed from January 3rd.

How much does it cost to return an item ?

The return is free.

Internationally, after having made your returns request on your customer account we will send you a return slip.

Can I exchange my article ?

You can of course exchange your article, however it is possible that we do not have in stock the new article that you want.

You will receive by e-mail a credit note.

Nothing could be simpler, once you have received your credit note, you can place your order again.

Sale season 

During sales periods, products can be credited in the form of credit note, not refunded, valid only on parallele.com.

During the sale season, shipping and return costs are free to.

Return delay : 14 jours
